Illinois Employment Business System (IEBS) users can participate in bi-weekly IEBS Technical Assistance sessions. The open-access invitations occur on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 2:00 p.m. This is an opportunity for IEBS users to receive system assistance or ask general questions about the system. Each session will have a topic of interest featuring system tools to document rapid response efforts and help LWIAs connect with individuals affected by a layoff to WIOA services.
