Technology impacts our daily lives, including the way we learn and work. To ensure that our customers can engage in the services, they need support to increase digital literacy, skills, and resilience. In this 90-minute workshop, participants will explore and engage with resources that can support their professional development as well as the development of customers’ digital literacy, skills, and resilience. Participants will have the opportunity to work with the resources, developed from the Digital Resilience in the American Workforce (DRAW) initiative, as well as identify goals for how, when, and with whom the resources can be used. This workshop is for professional development leads, training providers, front line staff, and case managers.
