The Autism Training and Technical Assistance (ATTA) project is excited to present Kate Kerr as a guest speaker for Autism Awareness Month. Kate is a successful college student at Bradley University in Peoria. Kate was diagnosed at the age of 16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Kate will cover topics such as succeeding in life while dealing with a lifelong disability, setting realistic goals, staying positive when encountering barriers, and knowing when to ask for help. Kate will share her personal experiences, how she is finding success, and leave plenty of time for questions.
