In preparation for the PY 2022 MOU negotiations process and regional and local planning modifications that take effect July 1, 2022, the WIOA Interagency Technical Assistance (TA) Team will present an interactive WIOA Webinar. The webinar will be in two parts.

Part 1 will present concepts for Supplemental Guidance specific to the PY 2022 MOU negotiations. Your feedback will help inform the final Supplemental Guidance, which will be issued in November 2021 to support Local Workforce Innovation Areas in completing the required Pre-program Year Planning Form that is due December 31, 2021.

Part 2 will present concepts for a revised Regional and Local Planning Guide specific to modifications that are required in PY 2022. Newly required content related to COVID-19 pandemic implications and equity will be discussed for feedback. Your feedback will help finalize the Regional and Local Planning Guide, which will be issued in November 2021.
