The WIOA Interagency Technical Assistance (TA) Team will issue the final PY 2021 Supplemental Guidance, which is specific to Program Year 2021 MOU and annual budget negotiations that start in January 2021. The PY 2021 Supplemental Guidance, as well as the fillable templates for MOUs and annual budget spreadsheets, will be distributed in conjunction with the webinar.
