How is it possible to test someone in their home, while you are in your home? It certainly isn't a simple process. Delivering face-to-face testing via a remote platform poses a lot of challenges. Lack of correct hardware, unstable connectivity, availability of a quiet space, scheduling- all of these things complicate remote testing. In the beginning, face-to-face testing was the only option, but now it is on a limited basis. We were able to successfully shift to remote testing by using practice, role-playing, and hands-on experience to prepare our staff first, before engaging the students. Join us as we share what we learned going through this process, and learn how to troubleshoot problems so your students can successfully test in a remote environment. Then dig deeper into testing in the remote world with an exploration of virtual orientation, assessment test-taking tips, and job seeker virtual interviews.
