This session will include an overview of guidance in WIOA that addresses programmatic access and job center certification, as well as the implications and impact in strong customer service design that supports local Career Pathways models and Career Services in being fully inclusive of individuals with disabilities. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss the importance of the expertise of each program in meeting the vision of full inclusiveness.
