Participants in this session will gain information about the perceived benefits of co-enrollment and customer sharing from the workforce, rehabilitation and other professionals in AJCs in Illinois, Connecticut, Mississippi and other locations. Implications of the feedback generated will be aligned with the priority areas for customer service identified by the majority of Illinois workforce areas in their strategic planning. The discussion will include the opportunity to discuss practices in service alignment and customer-sharing in the AJCs of those individuals attending the session.
