COVID-19 caused multiple organizations to quickly develop new strategies to provide virtual casework from remote environments, including from home. This means Workforce and other human services agencies are required to reimagine and adapt previous expectations, behaviors, and communication styles for a digital and dispersed environment. Topics will include access to and use of technology; privacy concerns; and virtual interactions such as home visits, and other eligibility and enrollment processes. Relevant findings from telemedicine research will be presented. Finally, the topics of assessment, goal setting, and organizational change will be touched upon.
