3. Counseling practices should address disproportionate enrollments in CTE courses and programs.

A. Are CTE enrollments by sex, race, national origin and disability proportionate to enrollments of these groups in the general student population?

B. If enrollments in career and technical education courses or programs are not proportional, can the educational entity furnish a legitimate, non-discriminatory rationale?
