2. The educational entity should ensure that counseling and assessment materials are accessible to all students.
A. Does the educational entity ensure that counseling materials and activities do not discriminate
on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age?
B. Are materials free of discrimination and stereotyping in language, content, and illustration?
C. Does the educational entity ensure that counselors can effectively communicate with limited English speaking students?
D. Does the educational entity ensure that counselors can effectively communicate with students who have hearing impairments?
E. Are counseling activities and materials modified to address disproportionate enrollments among underrepresented groups?
