Description
This academy will focus on providing administrators with tools for continually auditing their existing co-teaching programs. Content will include providing participants with the research or models that promote student success in both the academic and social-emotional realms, and how to identify teaching strategies that promote mastery learning and a high level of engagement for all learners. The academy will contain a balance of lessons from the field, as well as a description of how to serve as a coach to provide critical support and feedback to teams. Participants will leave with the knowledge of the various models of co-teaching, how to design strategies for conflict resolution and how to accurately measure specific outcomes for district programs.
