The Purpose:

The New Look Project is a technical assistance program which provides financial, programmatic, and resource support, and professional development to assist in the implementation of research-based program improvement efforts for CTE special populations learners.

The purpose of the New Look Project is to assist postsecondary and secondary career and technical educators in identifying, developing, and strengthening their programming for CTE special populations learners, with the intent to increase the achievement of the Perkins Core Indicators.
