Bridging the Gap

The Bridging the Gap project aims to reduce remediation and promote student readiness for college level coursework and the seamless transition from high school to college.  The project is designed to assist colleges interested in creating and expanding opportunities for students through co-requisite remediation, transition courses, and summer bridge programs.
