FY15 Bridging the Gap Spring Workshop

 

The Bridging the Gap Spring Workshop was held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on March 9, 2015, at the Marriott Hotel in Normal, Illinois. It was focused on exploring national and local curriculum alignment efforts and learning what other states are doing to assist students in becoming college and career ready.  Experts from the Educational Policy Improvement Center (EPIC) as well as local Bridging the Gap community college sites shared effective practices and strategies for success.  The target audience included Bridging the Gap Grant Recipients, Academic Deans, Career & Technical Education Deans, Math and English Faculty EFE System Directors, and Educators Interested in the Implementation of College and Career Readiness.
