Increased COMPASS scores for PreAlgebra and Algebra.
Students in summer bridge advancing to credit level in fall.

What were some important elements or characteristics of the project or instructional strategies?:

Work with High School counselors.
Try to bring the college to the high school.
Collaboration of college and high school faculty.
Have high school counselors on the college campus.
Don’t schedule summer programs early in the morning.
Have students paired with a faculty or administrative mentor, try to match student’s career goals to mentors career.
Include a reading specialist for instruction on how to read a math text.
