Enhancing Classroom Success for ALL Learners-Special Populations Resources

This workshop will help participants identify, retain and support students from special populations as defined in the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006. These special populations are individuals with disabilities, single parents, English language learners, economically disadvantaged and learners preparing for non-traditional careers. Participants will learn techniques which enhance the classroom success for all learners and specific research-based strategies for supporting the success of each of the special populations.
