NTO Look Self-Study

The purpose of this document enables educational organizations to identify strengths and challenges in programs which prepare learners for occupations which are nontraditional with regard to gender. The study is flexibly designed to fit the unique dimensions in which nontraditional occupations (NTO) programs function within educational organizations. The aim of the self-study process is the formation of realistic goals which are based upon completion of a thorough and data-based assessment of nontraditional offerings.
